Reiki Healing

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a “Hands on Energy Healing” modality originating in Japan. It clears stagnated, negative energies in your body and aligns your positive energy . Your body is formed by wheels of energy vortexes called Chakras. When these Chakras are unbalanced or clogged,  Wellness” and “Well Being”, are negatively affected, leading to physical, emotional and psychological issues. Reiki produces balance and harmony in removing energy blockages and aligning your chakras and energy fields.

Technique

Initially, we will scan and sense those energetic blockages using our "Hands". The amount of time spent in each chakra will depend on the need of each one. When the energy stops flowing, we  move to the next one until all of them are balanced, resulting  in a better state of mind and you will feel more relaxed, less stressed, in a better mood, less anxious, with more vitality, calmer and more balanced. You may even feel that your “LIFE” is enhanced and back on track again.

Pets

Reiki can be performed on your pet as well. Animals, like humans, are Energy Beings. They are open to receive and process likewise. Anatomically, they are created like humans. At Pura Vida, we can heal them with Reiki as we do it with ourselves and our patients –applying the hands on the sick, weak part of the body or through it all. Reiki works on all animals

Crystals

The use of crystals enhances Reiki. Some crystals are known to align our chakras and promote healing of diseases in certain parts of the body. Placing them on our body or around us will harness the healing powers. They will increase the effectiveness of the Healing Process due to their impact on our chakras.
